Perfect Bu!! is scheduled to make his second start this Friday evening in Race 5. Streaming video of the race will be available at Canterbury Park, post time is approximately 8:48. The five furlong contest consists of eleven colts with Bu!! breaking from post seven.
The colt completed a half-mile drill on Sunday and walked Monday and Tuesday. He will be going to the starting gate Wednesday morning for a schooling session. The colt had encountered a fiasco at the break in his previous start (Gate Happens in previous post). So while he handled the adversity quite professionally, the idea is to provide a good experience to overcome any anxiety prior to race day. On Thursday he will return to gallop. Three days out, looking for a good, clean trip.
