Perfect Bull returned to Canterbury Park and the Red Dog Stables faithful were rewarded with another trip to the Winner's Circle after a thrilling stretch duel in the fourth race as Perfect Bull split horses, surged to the wire and once again defeated older rivals (May 17 race replays).
The colt returned in good order and is being pointed towards the $50k Prairie Mile on June 6 at Prairie Meadows in Altoona IA. The stakes event is a contest for three-year olds going a mile on the dirt course. The colt's dam, Perfect Moment, concluded her racing career at Prairie Meadows in the $75,900 added-money Stallion Stakes on July 26, 2003 going a mile and seventy yards where she impressively defeated a field of colts by 3 1/4 lengths.
Enjoy the ride as Perfect Bull makes the journey to his mother's Alma Mater.
