From the backside of Canterbury Park, trainer Bernell Rhone provides candid commentary on future plans for MN Derby hero Perfect Bull. Later today we'll know which race the colt will be contesting on MN Festival of Champions Day which is slated for this Sunday. As Bernell states in the interview, after that we'll point for the $75k Prairie Meadows Derby on Sept. 19. From there, the thought is to gun for the $400k Oklahoma Derby on Oct. 11. While that would be a step up into stiffer competition, the big colt has earned his chance.
